Great Service but Always On Short Notice

For pick up, we had an hours notice originally but luckily my father in law go him to agree to 4 hours. Then with delivery again hours notice across the city. Philly has narrow streets and low bridges so he could not get any closer. Otherwise my car looks to be in the condition I left it. I didn't notice any new dings so I'm happy. John was very helpful in walking me through the process, he explained over the phone and reiterated with email. The communication was spot on with him. The driver "switched" numbers after the location didn't work out when he wanted to deliver, so for the delivery to be closer and later, I think he gave my car to someone else??? The second driver thankfully paid for me to uber there since it was supposed to be door to door service, and he did not want to risk getting closer than the original location.The estimate was only $25 dollars lower than I paid, which is pretty close. All in all, convenient easy service just would like a little more notice.
