this isn't a complicated process. you submit your shipment order. they email you. they email you when you are assigned a carrier and given contact info. they email you with a confirmed date of pickup and an eta delivery. delivery was a day later than estimated but was no big deal and I was contacted when that change was made. unloaded car. no damage. boom done.
