We were very satisfied with Ship a car direct. Pick up was one day late, but was reasonable. Delivery was one day earlier than expected so we could have had issues but the driver was very accomodating. It may have been better if we received appropriate updates on the changes in pick up and delivery, but I was able to make a call myself to figure that out.
