Hello Gregory, we apologize if you felt we did not provide the service you hired us for. According to our file our rep helped you switch locations to get you picked up faster and we got you picked up one day after your first available pick up date. You also did not have to pay more than you were quoted. We have our logs that show the rep was in contact with you every step of the way. Again we are sorry if somehow we did not meet your expectations, but we did get the car picked up and delivered to your exact specifications. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
