Right from the start, everything was smooth with ship car direct. Once I scheduled the order online with John he called me and answered all my questions and concerns. There was a little bit of a mix up where my order got canceled due to someone in the customer service department canceling my order but a quick call with John and he was able to get it rectified and the pickup was scheduled in the next couple of days. The carrier name and number was promptly shared with me and he was very professional and helpful. The delivery was also smooth and the carrier Sam contacted my wife a day before the delivery and made sure the time was delivery was suitable for her and delivered the car on time and in perfect condition!
