John was very informative, helpful and attentive and he really seemed to care about delivering me the best possible service. Him and other members of the Ship A Car Direct team were in touch with me throughout the whole process, offering advice and ensuring all of my questions were answered. My car was delivered all the way across the country and arrived without any damage. The pricing was also highly competitive with other quotes that I received. I would absolutely use this company again!
