We are glad to know that your car transport went smoothly and it was delivered in a timely manner. We appreciate your honest feedback, while it is a good idea to have gps tracking and we have been working towards it, most carriers are not willing to do it for security purposes. On the other hand, we apologize for the lack of communication, we will look into it to ensure that we will be more communicative throughout the process moving forward.
