Overall, it was a good experience with Ship a Car Direct. I expected delivery time is going to be between 3-5 days because when I chat with the representative online, he told me it will take average 3-5days. Unfortunately, it took 7days to delivery and I was out of town at that time. I had little issue with rescheduling the delivery date but Anna and David helped me a lot to solve the problem.
