I am very satisfied with the services that I received. After doing research, I found the excellent reviews and convenience of door to door service to be worth the few extra dollars compared to other companies. What I like was the constant communication and the sense of honesty from the people I dealt with. In addition, they allayed my concerns with the addition coverage that they provided. My only complaint was that the car was dirty but that may have been because of the winter weather in the east coast at time of pickup.
