Stefan responded my email very quickly and has been very helpful.
Ship a Car Direct definitely provides a good service with a good price.

My car was picked up one day late though (probably due to the the busy time of the carrier) but Stefan tried hard to keep the communication going between him and me and the carrier. One suggestion is that I can see some other emails from ShipACarDirect was autogenerated. Making the emails a little more customized will make the experience even better.

They have an app for you to record the car condition, which is nice.

Would definitely recommend it to friends.
