I planned a retirement move to Va Bch. Late in the planning, i found that we would not be able to drive both our cars due to other logistics problems.

I looked through all the shippers that popped up in my Google search and was impressed by the Ship-A-Car Direct ad. So, I called them.

I got in immediately and they were quite helpful and open in explaining the process.The whole process was a lot more involved than I had thought and i was glad to be talking to someone who knows what they were doing.

Due to not being able to drop my car at a hub, I had to have it picked up at my house.The driver called about a hour before arrival and then arrived on time. In 10 minutes my car wss gone and I had one Less problem to deal with.

FOUR days later, i got a call letting me know my car was available to be delivered. MAJOR crises cause we weren't ready. No worries, they said they would deliver it the next day! Again, the driver called about an hour before delivery and got to my new house on time. The car was EXACTLY like it was when I gave it to them. When I paid the driver, it was exactly for the agreed to amount with no attempts to quibble or discuss the price again, Very professional!

Overall, it was an easy, pleasant experience. I hope I never have to make a move like this again, but if i need to, i would definitely use these guys again!
