Excellent experience in long distance move, would definitely use again

I was very skeptical about choosing the right shipper for moving my car from TX to NY. However, based on the reviews from various sources, I decided to go ahead with the number-1 i.e. Ship-A-Car-Direct and boy I'm so glad I did. From the moment I clicked the submit button to request a quote to the point where my car was delivered in NY, I was kept well informed and there was not a moment to worry. Jennifer made the whole experience so stress free. She was very thorough in her explanation on the very first day about how the whole transport thing works.
I have moved a lot in the past and this has been my FIRST experience where my car was picked up ON TIME and was delivered ON TIME. For me this matters the most. The damage app was also great and very use friendly. I was really impressed by the way it created a nice little PDF report of the photos taken. Upon arrival you can create the same report again so that any damages (if any) can be assessed. In my case, however, the car was received as is. The carrier they chose for me was also very professional. All in all, I am not even considering any other shipper in my future moves. Thanks Ship-A-Car-Direct.
