Because of the fact that I was having the vehicle being transported to my daughter and I would be available for the pick up but not the drop-off, as well as the fact the distance was between California and Oklahoma, there was the need and the objective to have smooth and consistent communication throughout the process. Via email, voice mail and text messaging, the objective was achieved. The vehicle was picked up at the specified time and location. Likewise, the vehicle was dropped off at the specified time and location. Very satisfied with the entire process.
