Everything went perfectly !! The reoccurring contact from the home office was comforting to receive and when I called with questions at several different times, they never seemed annoyed. The only inconvenient issue I had was communicating with the strong accent of the driver. And he was a little less congenial than the rest of the staff. However I realize truck drivers are probably by nature a little rough around the edges. He did a good job and kept in touch frequently. Now that I know how it all works, I'm already looking forward to my return trip.
