The whole process was really fast and efficient. They responded to us in minutes, even over Thanksgiving weekend. They answered our questions and gave us a great sense of competence. The delivery was a little uncertain. We were kind of vague on when to expect the vehicle, and originally thought that it would arrive Tuesday. It actually arrived Wednesday, and the driver called us with 20 minutes advanced notice just as promised. He was friendly and efficient, and the whole process was really great. In fact, this delivery helped us out in a pinch, and we were really happy that the service was so reliable and quick. Thanks!
