This was my first time shipping a car, my little green convertible. Ship a Car direct was great to work with, emailing responses to my questions. Good competitive pricing. The Driver called me 4-5 hours in advance to schedule pickup, great help for me to organize the details. He was a very interesting guy from Mongolia originally, and very nice, as well as efficient getting the car on the truck. Car was delivered by a driver after being off loaded. Timing was good, as he called an hour in advance. Car in great shape. no problems.
