Overall it was a good experience. My only issue was that we weren't given enough notice when the car was picked up. Then I couldn't get a hold of anyone to let them know my concerns. My son had to scramble to pack the car because he only had a couple of hours notice instead of 24 hours which I was initially told. Having said that, the car was delivered early as well- several days early, which was great! The driver was communicative and flexible with our schedule. Other than the day of pickup, Scott was good with returning calls and emails.
