After thorough research, I contacted Matt at Ship a Car Direct for transportation of our 2 vehicles from TN to OR. He was courteous, providing very clear details and a realistic quote, and maintained timely communication.
FAS EXPRESS was the carrier, and Ivan the driver was incredible! He called and arranged a pick-up time at our home, completed a very detailed visual inspection report of our vehicles, was professional yet friendly, and we felt secure with trusting him with the safety of our vehicles. Initially the job was posted for delivery to Portland, OR, and we were going to have to make a 12 hr round trip from Crescent City, CA to get our cars but Ivan was willing to deliver our vehicles to Medford, OR where he even met us on our arrival at the airport in our Honda Odyssey then returned to car hauler to retrieve the second car. Of course we reimbursed him for the extra milage, but his willingness to meet our needs with a kind and generous spirit, traveling a long distance just for us, made him more of a friend than just a car hauler. Our vehicles arrived in excellent condition, and we were blessed to have Ivan and Matt coordinate our car transportation! We definitely recommend Ship a Car Direct and FAS Express without any reservations!
