This was the first time I needed to ship a vehicle and was very apprehensive. Jennifer was very informative and helped me fully understand the process. I really appreciated the professionalism of the entire Ship A Car Direct team. When they say they only broker with the best carriers, they mean it. The carrier, Ave-Trans, LLC, and their driver that shipped our car was equally professional and very easy to work with.
