Overall I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Ship a Car Direct. The initial quote and information was emailed to me immediately and promptly with detailed instructions on how the process was going to go. There was a little bit of confusion on the day it was to be delivered as I received an email and text letting me know it was going to be 2 days later than originally determined, but then it actually came 1 day later. It was not an issue, however, and I can understand how these things can change when driving across the country!
