Excellent car delivery experience

I purchased a car online in Montgomery. I live in Houston. I called about a week before I closed on the car and spoke with Kosta about the delivery process. He set up a preliminary order for me. Once I closed on the car, I sent the delivery request online that morning. I received a confirmation with my driver info within a few hours. The driver was able to pick up my car THAT DAY and dropped it at my house early the next morning. The driver was immediately available on the phone. He always answered my calls, called with status and updates. The delivery truck and open trailer used for transport were in excellent condition. My car was delivered without any damage. I had a few questions about the pickup at the dealership and delivery. Kosta was always available for my calls. I received several emails with information and videos about the process before the transport that answered many of my questions. ShipACarDirect also has an app to upload photos at the time of delivery. My experience was easy and the service far exceeded my expectations.
