Purchased a vehicle out of state. After scouring the reviews on this site, settled on Ship A Car Direct - was not disappointed. They were available to answer my list of questions and were knowledgable, open, and honest, even regarding the fee breakout (they are a broker after all, they collect part of the fee up front, the rest is paid to the truck driver on delivery). Very proactive in communication through the whole process as well, letting you know who to contact in the event of an issue once your vehicle is dispatched to a carrier. Ended up with a smaller transport company handling the delivery, but they took excellent care of my vehicle in transport. They showed up a little earlier than I requested (ok by me in this case), but that benefit showed when it was also delivered earlier than expected! And if anything went wrong in transit, it felt like I had someone on my side (thankfully never had to find out). I'm sure there's a slim chance that I would get the same carrier on a similar route, but I don't think that really matters - I would use Ship A Car Direct again for the peace of mind.
