My request was pretty last minute as I only placed my order less than two days before the pick-up. John was super helpful and patient in addressing all my questions before placing the order and most importantly, he was able to find me a carrier within 24 hours to pick up my car on time. It took about 5 days for my car to be delivered to San Jose, CA and it was damage free. Overall we are super pleased with the service from ship-a-car direct.
