Eric was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct above all other services! They did exactly what they said, the quote was accurate as well as they're promise to not charge me until service was complete. Overall Fantastic customer service as well as Rick the carrier, I was always in contact with my vehicle and when it was excepted to arrive.
