David was phenomenal. From initial contact for information, through the quoting process, pick up, delivery to follow up, David and the Ship a Car Direct Team were priceless! They kept me informed at every step. Sure, the exterior of my car was dirty, but I shipped it via open transport and it was no dirtier than expected. I detailed it just before shipment and the inside was still pristinely clean! I will definitely use again and refer!
