I was looking for a no hassle way to get my old car to my Dad. One that would be easy for me and easy for him on the other end (he's 84). Enter Ship a Car Direct. From minute one I had clear, customer friendly communications via phone and email. I never waited for an answer to a question longer than overnight. The scheduling was simple and they worked within my travel parameters. Then the truck arrived. The driver, Efran, clearly had years of experience not only with the truck but with customers. He was friendly and answered all of my curiosity questions as the car was loaded. He also explained his schedule over the next couple of days and when my car would actually leave town. I felt that my car would be in good hands. The truck arrived only days later in Boise. My dad and sister inspected the car and found no issues whatsoever. They were happy, I was happy. I would use Ship a Car Direct again!
