First time shipping a car, so we were al little uneasy about the process. Our Rep handled everything and once we were assigned a driver, he contacted and provided the date and hours for pick up. The driver was very thorough in taking pictures, checking for any pre existing damage and pointing them out, so that we were aware. He left the bill of laden. He was very nice and courteous. Car was dropped off and the recipient of the vehicle was notified for the drop off time, driver showed up as he stated he would. Car went in open carrier, no damage noted. We would definitely use this company/service again.
