I received very good service from David at Ship A Car Direct. He walked me thru the process and told me exactly what to expect during the shipping process. Any time I had a question, David would answer them for me in a prompt and professional manner. The process was very easy and everything went as David had explained it to me prior to my auto being picked up. David stayed in contact with me during the entire process to make sure I was satisfied with his service, which I was.
