The entire process was simple and efficient. Angela kept us posted every step of the way and was always available to answer our questions. The driver (Dan) was also courteous and reassuring when he picked up our vehicles. I would definitely choose Ship-A-Direct again and would recommend it to anyone needing to transport a vehicle.
