This was my first time shipping a car. I was nervous because I had heard from so many people how horrible dealing with transporting a car can be. I read all of the reviews and decided to go with Ship a Car Direct & I'm glad I made that decision! From the first phone call with Eric Knors- I had a good feeling about it. His knowledge and the ability to provide options as well as his honesty were the reason I felt at ease. I had booked a pick up date right before the Labor Day weekend and Eric came through in finding a carrier. My car was picked up on time. The carrier Thomas from Starlink was also a pleasure to work with. Very responsive. We communicated throughout the route to coordinate when my car would get to the destination. I will use Ship A Car Direct again for any of my future needs. Thank you!
