This was the first time we have shipped a car and it was across country. Ship A Car Direct was responsive and thorough. I asked for a quicker delivery date but they couldn't guarantee it. Ultimately the delivery was on the date I had asked for. I was in touch with the driver to setup the details for the delivery. It worked out very well.
