The carrier called one hour before he arrived. He was on time and very courteous. Ship a car along with the carrier gave me the estimated delivery date and said that they would call one day before the delivery was to occur. The arrived on that date and at the time promised. The transport driver even parked the car. The car arrived in the same condition that it was in before it was transported. A very good and seamless experience.
