Everyone was great to work with. I immediately received emails with all the necessary information and was constantly given more information as the time approached for either car pick up or drop off. I was also contacted over the phone (for payment, planning, etc) and was helped by a friendly person who was happy to answer all my questions. They helped me make arrangements with the actual transport company for them to pick up my car at a storage facility and did not require me for anything to make this happen. I was able to email someone at the transport company and they quickly responded to questions/updates. The car was a couple days late, but this was because of having hit a deer and the truck requiring some repair. Overall, very stress free process and would definitely recommend this company/use them again if I need to transport my car.
