The entire experiencee was extremely pleasing from the initial contact with Matt to the delivery at my final destination. The entire time the company provided updates and e-mails indicating suggestions and contact information if necessary. When delivered the car had no damage but was a little dirty which is undersstandable given that it was transported in an open carrier. One are wash took care of the dirt and I am happily driving my car in California which cost much less than buying a new car or leasing a vehicle. Thank you Ship A Car Direct!!
