I searched for a shipper last minute for a specific pickup date and time. Jennifer was assigned to me and didn't promise anything which was great. She explained to me how the operation works letting me know that getting a pickup for that exact small window will be difficult but she will work hard to make it happen. When that time came closer, I became nervous. Of course like anyone, I started blowing up Jennifer's phone. She was very reassuring and made my order a priority. Then, BAM!!! She contacted me with a pickup time. Maybe this is normal, but I was pleased with the customer service and the feeling of being a priority. Good job and thank you.
