On the pickup day the driver called to say he could arrive a couple hours earlier than scheduled, which was fine for us. He arrived on time with a single-car trailer to take our car to the vehicle transporter. The driver who picked up our car was very thorough in his inspection, documenting the minor paint dings and checking glass etc. for cracks/chips. He answered our questions about how the car would be secured on the transport carrier (basically, the car's wheels are secured and the car rides on its own suspension). The car arrived at the destination ahead of schedule and notification made that it was ready for delivery. The car arrived in the same condition, zero damage. The price for the service was very competitive and the service excellent. As a note of disclosure, we were offered a small rebate for submitting this review... I would have submitted it anyway for free.
