Our shipment went very well. The car was delivered without any damage. The carrier was a little difficult to work with on scheduling for pick-up and delivery. The pick-up was delayed a day and the delivery was scheduled the same morning it was delivered with no flexibility. Our ShipACar Direct representative, Kosta, was absolutely fantastic. He did an excellent job explaining the process, setting expectations, keeping in touch throughout the shipment, and responding to any questions. He was even willing to step in on scheduling the delivery, if necessary.
