Bruce with Ship A Car Direct was my broker and I am so pleased. He helped arrange shipping my son's car from Wyoming to Maryland when after the car blew a cylinder on a cross-country sight-seeing trip.sudden engine failure. The Ship a Car Direct site was quite helpful and Bruce explained the process, answered my questions, was pleasant and knowledgeable but never pushy in any way. I had never used a car transport company and I was deluged with calls after placing an inquiry on line. Bruce was hands down the most pleasant person I talked to and the entire process was spot on. He stayed in close contact through test and email though things went so smoothly I didn't need to contact him once the bid was accepted and the car picked up. The damage app was great though we didn't need to use it because the car arrived just as my son had left it. The price was competitive with other bids I received and the service was great. I would definitely recommend this company and if I ever need this type of service again they have my business.
