I was totally impressed with everything about Ship-A-Car Direct from the constant contact with Steven, my customer service contact to the continued contact with my driver, Peter. Even though the car was picked up a day late due to flooding in WI & another delay due to the highway being closed due to fires in CA, Peter was able to get the care her a day early. They were all very pleasant to work with, my car arrived without any damage. Thank you again for making this experience a good one. I will definitely refer Ship-A-Car Direct to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle cross country.
