Ship a Car Direct communicated very well. From initial quote through many emails describing all possible transport issues and phone number for truck carrier as well. Also, they checked on actual pickup and final delivery dates. helpful and very easy to use. Turned over the truck carrier contact and communication all to me. Truck carrier didn't call on their own. I called and followed up a number of times to be sure pickup and delivery was happening. Truck carrier gave me the cell phone of the truck driver, which was critical to making this pickup and delivery work well!
Overall everything went very well. It just required many calls to the truck driver, but he answered his phone or called back soon after I called him.
