Timely, but not great communciation

The pickup and delivery were made on the scheduled days. The pickup was originally going to be a day late, but when I told them I needed pickup that day they accommodated me and came to get my car. Communication was a little difficult - there was never any confirmation of the pickup date and I had to call a few times before they confirmed. Same with delivery - I had to call a couple times to get a delivery date. Otherwise, the delivery went smoothly and was timely.
