My experience was amazing from the pick up to the delivery! The quote I was given was very competitive, $300-1000 lower than other companies. Customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently to get my cars scheduled for the transport. I was given a 2-day window when the cars would be picked up- and they were picked up an evening before! The driver was super nice and helpful. I was advised of the possibility that my cars would be delivered to the closest big town as I was moving to a pretty remote little town, and I may need to drive a bit to get my cars. This was all discussed before pick up, and I agreed to do that. To my surprise, the driver delivered the cars to just a third of a mile away from my house. He was simply not able to make a turn into my neighborhood:) AND my cars arrived a day earlier than expected! The whole process was very smooth. I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct for my next move.
