Was worried the car wouldn't ship before I left. I stated earliest pick to be 7 days before I moved away and actually pick up was 2 days before I left. Pick up was a little way down the street (10 minute drive). Drop off was a 3-5 drive to the location he specified. He had a huge 18 wheeler so getting into the residential areas was probably prohibited. Very nice driver. I wish the customer service was a little more responsive to my concerns about the car not being picked up on time. Responses took at least a day or longer by email, text, or phone. Car transport was totally fine. No damage and seemed to be just fine, if not a little dusty.
