Working with a broker was helpful. My schedule was a bit limited so the pick-up date was a few days after I had wanted but was within the 5 days window. Once the carrier was secured, Ship-A-Car-Direct and the carrier company contacted me multiple times to ensure that I was in communication with the driver. The carrier was professional and timely. The carrier delivered my car to my door in good condition. I would recommend Ship-A-Car-Direct!
