Ship a Car Direct quote was by far the best I got for shipping my car across the country from California to Florida. I am normally weary from the cheapest vendors of anything, but I decided to give them a try since they seemed pretty good on responding to their customers on Yelp and other review sites. I called the number on their website and spoke to Angela. She was very helpful and professional, and explained the entire process. After the call I got an email with the quote and instructions on how to submit my order. The process was really straightforward and their order processing page worked perfectly for me. I put in my order on a Sunday and had a carrier assigned on Monday morning. The pickup and delivery estimates were right on time and they send you updates and provide you with the contact number of the carrier.
They also have an app which you can use to take pictures of your car for the pickup inspection. My only criticism is that the app takes a bit longer than usual to move between menus, so it is faster just to take pictures using your regular camera app. In general, my experience with the company and Angela specifically was great, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free process and that likes to be kept up to date during the process.
