Matt and Ship-A-Car direct were attentive and helpful in moving my car across the country. The uncertainty, changes and delays around scheduling were a bit challenging but I was fortunate to have folks on either end willing to help and I would highly recommend that. Had I not done so I would have been in trouble as I ended up leaving before the car was picked up. That said, this was not the fault of Ship-A-Car Direct as they are dependent on the availability of trucks heading in the desired destination that have space. The time it takes for them to get across the country is also not in their hands so you need to be flexible- although I also found the shipper to be quite flexible when the car arrived. Throughout the whole thing Matt was informative, helpful, responsive and patient with my many calls and e-mails and I was most appreciative. I had never done anything like this so was a bit wary but it all worked out fine and my car arrived in good shape despite a a few scrapes that can likely be buffed out easily. At some point the car will likely go back to the west coast and I will surely use Ship-A-Car Direct again. Also, any incentive I may receive for this review does not change my opinion.
