I was skeptical when I started to research transport companies. I have never had to do this before and had to get a car from a relative in Ohio, to our home in NC. I decided to use Ship-a-car-direct after seeing the BBB report and reading reviews. My contact person was Eve. I told her I was a newbie (Grandma), at doing this. She was so thorough and explained things to me, taking me through each step. I also enjoyed watching the informative videos. There was lots of good communication with the driver, Alex, with both my sister-in-law in Ohio and myself. I was so surprised to get the car so quickly. Alex arrived with my car on the carrier the exact time we were told.I have already told several folks of this great company. Thank you for making the experience a great one! Would use the company again and recommend it highly!
