Well run business and very professional. My agent was Eric who was great and very transparent and knowledgeable. I had already done some research through BBB and additional sources and made the decision to reach out to them. Understanding the process is key to alleviating any misunderstandings and they have some excellent videos on their website which explain how everything works. One key factor for me was that they have been in business for many years and preform the due diligence to ensure the carriers meet their standards. If not, they do not use them. My carrier was assigned within a couple days and picked up the car a couple days after that for the initial amount I was quoted. I spoke with John prior to pick-up, chatted about midpoint (he provided an estimated arrival date/time) and then a couple hours before delivery. The carrier was very personable and delivered the car a day early. Another key factor for me was communication. This company did an excellent job through emails of updating me and also reminding me of their commitment to customer satisfaction. Phone numbers for both my agent and their customer care service was always listed. So, in a nutshell, I feel the best review is if you feel you would use them again or recommend their service. The answer is Yes and Yes! In fact, I have already recommended their service to a co-worker for a future move
