It went very well. The driver was good about calling ahead so I could get to the car without missing a lot of time at work. I had an unforseen mishap with the car right before he picked it up he said it wasn't an issue at all. As far as I know he kept in touch with my dad on the drop off side and dropped it off recently without any issue as well. The price was a bit steep but the peace of mind was worth the money. Truly I rate at 4.5 with cost being the only factor to remove any points. If I had not been in such a rush after being disappointed by two other companies this price may have been less so it is likely my own fault.
