Pickup was later than pickup window, and I wasn't really updated very often besides that they had a driver midway thru my listed pickup window. The car arrived a day earlier than they estimated, which meant I was busy when it was actually delivered but luckily I had a friend who could receive the car, and could rustle up the money needed to receive it (I have daily withdraw limits on my bank accounts and wasn't anticipating delivery until the next day). Overall, the car was shipped and arrived damage-free as far as I can tell, which suits my exact desires to what I paid for. It would be nice if it could all be on the same card, instead of some to here, then cash or money order whatever to the driver. You do get a $30 "rebate" for doing a review after, which is nice
